What it does
You drop in a photo of your product — a bottle, a shoe, a jar, anything reasonably lit — and describe the scene you want around it: "on wet volcanic stone at dawn, sea mist behind, low warm sun from the left." Keou generates the commercial scene. Batch mode queues dozens of generations in parallel with live progress, so a lifestyle set, studio packshots and a seasonal campaign come out of one source image.
Every generated image can then be refined without starting over: Polish retouches lighting, blemishes or background; Remix re-imagines the render in a new creative direction while keeping the product identical; Adapt recomposes it to every aspect ratio your channels need — recomposed, not cropped; and Export packs turn one approved visual into a platform-ready set in one action.
The product is pixel-locked
Most AI image tools redraw everything, your product included — labels warp, logos smear, text becomes decoration. Keou works differently: the product itself is pixel-locked. The scene around it is generated; the shape, text, labels and logos on the object are not redrawn. That is the difference between a usable packshot and an image that merely resembles your product.
The production prompt stack that enforces this ships in the public repository — the same stack behind the hosted demo, not a cut-down version.
What "free" actually means here
Honest accounting, because "free AI generator" usually hides something. The platform is free because the compute is yours: you paste your own KIE.AI or Fal.ai API key and pay that provider directly — typically a few cents per image. Keou adds zero margin. Your key stays in your browser's localStorage, rides each request in a header, and is never written to our disk, database or logs.
Open source, all of it
The entire studio is on GitHub under MIT — there is no paid tier holding features back. Run it for clients, charge them, keep the money; attribution is appreciated, not required. If you want product video from the same still, the video engines page covers what is available, and the documentation covers everything else.
